The Role of a Governor

How to become a governor:  The govening body at St Charles RC consists of 12 members.  This is made up of 2 Parent governors, 1 staff governor, the Headteacher, 1 Salford Local Authority governor, and 7 Foundation Governors.

Parent governors are elected members of the governing body who are elected by the parents and will hold a term of office for 4 years.  Foundation governors are members of our parish and are the Bishop's representatives on our governing body. They hold a term of office for 4 years.
